Your role will involve working closely with the learning and development team to support training initiatives and enhance employee development programs within the organization.

• 1. Assist in creating engaging training materials using MS PowerPoint and other multimedia tools.
• 2. Coordinate training sessions and workshops, ensuring smooth logistics and participant engagement.
• 3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and improve training programs.
• 4. Utilize your interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees and trainers.
• 5. Capture moments during training sessions through photography and videography.
• 6. Support the team in administrative tasks such as scheduling, organizing files, and data entry using MS Excel and MS Word.
• 7. Showcase your effective communication skills through written and verbal interactions with team members and external partners.
